I run small personal yoga classes (max 8 people) from a studio in my home in Shortlands, Bromley.
Many people are intimidated by yoga classes. They feel anxious they wont be able to do it, are worried about large classes and getting left behind, or are concerned they will get asked to do poses they don't feel ready for. My classes are small to ensure that people get the attention they need to develop their confidence. I encourage people to notice how their body, emotions, and mind feel during each class and adjust their practice accordingly.
My classes are open to all abilities including beginners, however classes are usually a strong flow as I believe this is optimal for strengthening both body and mind. Anyone with a significant injury, or who would like a gentle style of yoga may prefer to join a specific beginners class. My weekly classes are a flow style of yoga where we flow from pose to pose, linking movement with breath.
I currently teach 2 home studio classes per week.
Monday 9.30 - 10.45am (term time only)
Thursday 9.30 - 10.45am (term time only)
I also teach a monthly Deep rest; yin and nidra class.
Please note that my studio is a boutique space and mats are placed quite close together. If you prefer to have more space for your practice, a larger studio may be more comfortable for you.
Booking and refunds:
Due to the small nature of the space, all classes must be booked in advance. If you find you are unable to attend, refunds are available with 48 hours notice.
I am unable to provide refunds or credit notes for classes that are missed or where less than 48hrs notice is given, however you are welcome to gift your place to a friend or family member.
